Guam - Police rounded up a dozen people who were allegedly involved in possession and distribution of the drug "Spice" at a local school. 11 minors were picked up following an investigation by the Juvenile Investigation Section. 

Eight of the kids were released to their parents with a summons to appear in family court at a later time.  Three others were confined at the Department of Youth Affairs.

Police also arrested 20-year-old Jaython R.C. Duenas of Talofofo for allegedly using a minor to sell Spice cigarettes to students. Duenas was charged with illegal possession, distribution to a minor, employment or use of a minor in a drug operation and jurisdiction over an adult.
