Guam - Officers with the Guam Police Department's Highway Patrol Division are investigating an incident involving a toddler who was run over by a car. According to GPD Spokesperson Officer AJ Balajadia just after 4:30 Sunday afternoon a 39-year-old man was reversing his 2009 Nissan Sentra along Alupang Way in Tamuning when he backed over a 2-year-old.  The toddler was transported to the Guam Memorial Hospital suffering abrasions to the face and contusions to the upper body. The girl was admitted for observation. Balajadia says the case remains open. No arrests or citations have been issued yet. He added alcohol was not a factor.
