Guam - Agana Pool patrons can look forward to the reopening of the pool tomorrow. According to Department of Parks and Recreation director Pete Calvo, a lateral malfunction caused sand to feed into the pool, which forced last week's closure.

"We hope that with the valve placement we're able to isolate the filters and there's a number of different laterals, I think there's up to 15 different laterals that run between the systems so that's the issue that we're dealing with," said Calvo.

The pool is set to resume regular operation hours on Wednesday.
