Guam - Assistant Attorney General Benjamin Abrams has reacted to a video posted on YouTube alleging he's racist, in particular to Filipinos. The link to the video was sent to various island media outlets today.

According to Abrams, the video is an excerpt taken at an Allied Health Board meeting and shot during discussions regarding allegations and concerns about Dr. Joel Joseph.  Abrams says the video is a feeble attempt to get attention and vehemently denies the allegations calling it "an act of desperation".  Abrams added he's happily married to a wonderful woman who happens to be a Filipina. Dr.

Joseph is no longer practicing on Guam.
