GovGuam gets $1.3M from HUD
Guam - The Government of Guam just got a much-needed $1.3 million grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation. A part of the money will go the Guam Regional Transit Authority for the creation of a "one-call/one-click transportation center" for military, veterans and community transportation providers that are highly impacted by limited access to public transit options on Guam.
The center will be located within DISID. Meanwhile other proceeds will go to DPW to support various highway safety programs.
