EPA continues investigation into Lujan junkyard

Guam - The Guam Environmental Protection Agency is giving Lujan's Salvage Yard and Towing until October 15 to submit documents outlining the progress its made in complying with its notice of violation. The company was cited for running an illegal dump on their property in Toto.
The company is also requesting for an extension to comply with some of the NOV mandates. Meanwhile in terms of Guam EPA's investigation of other possible illegal dumps within a three-mile radius of Ordot, the agency indicated to the court that no others were found.
