Trashco put on notice for overdue bill

Guam - Federal receiver Gershman, Brickner & Bratton has put Trashco on notice that if it doesn't make good on its more than $354,000 delinquent bill, the company will no longer be allowed to accepted at any Guam Solid Waste Authority location. Trashco, however, has asked the District Court for a hearing on the matter.
GBB indicated that if Trashco doesn't pay the outstanding amount by the end of October, the receiver will issue a notice of termination of service and not be allowed to dispose of any trash unless it pays the $354,000 in full, as well as a $1,000 reinstatement fee. Receiver representative David Manning told the company it should be treated the same as delinquent residential customers who are cutoff for non-payment.
Trashco, through Attorney Kevin Fowler, has asked the court to schedule a hearing at the earliest time to hear the company's concerns.
