Guam - Hoping to scare his girlfriend so she wouldn't leave the house, Kein Mazawa admitted to police that he claimed he was responsible for the recent stabbing and homicide in Harmon. A woman reported to police that she had left the house and upon returning, Mazawa allegedly became angry and punched her and then burned her with a lit cigarette.
She also told police that a few days prior, Mazawa threw a long kitchen knife at her and a relative which nearly hit them. When officers interviewed him, Mazawa said he made up the story about his involvement in the stabbing and homicide to scare his girlfriend.
The 20-year-old was arrested and charged with two counts aggravated assault, two counts family violence, assault and possession and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony.
