Guam - Allegedly trying to collect a debt for someone else landed Joseph Gibbs, Jr. a trip to jail. The 41-year-old was arrested after a sting operation where a man told authorities that he had received a call from Gibbs, who demanded money to clear his debt to someone else or would be hurt.

The man paid $200 and later met Gibbs again to pay him $300. Officers watched the meeting and arrested Gibbs who was also found in possession of crystal methamphetamine.  He admitted to threatening the victim and trying to collect a debt for someone else but instead used the money at a game room.

Gibbs was arrested for possession of a schedule two controlled substance, terrorizing, simple stalking, and assault by physical menace.
