Man arrested for assaulting woman

Guam - 23-year-old Silkience Tremor was arrested accused of assaulting a woman while in a fit of rage.  A woman told police that while she was holding their 6-month-old baby, Tremor allegedly threw water on the two of them and then kneed her and slammed her to the ground.  According to court documents, when police arrived, tremor admitted to throwing water but said he didn't recall the other acts because he was "full of rage". 

Tremor was arrested for assault and family violence.
