Morrison seeks diversion from criminal charges

Guam - Former Guam Police officer Troy Morrison is seeking a diversion on the charges brought against him. During his criminal trial setting this afternoon the judge heard a motion for diversion.

He pled not guilty to charges of family violence, stalking, child abuse, and violation of court order. The judge took the motion under advisement and the next court date has not yet been set.
