Sex offender's appeal denied by Supreme Court

A convicted sex offender lost his appeal to the Guam Supreme Court.  Arnold Blanco Kitano was convicted in 2009 of 1st and 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct and was sentenced to life behind bars without the possibility of parole.
