Guam - A new labor report further reiterates that Guam's population increase is outpacing the island's economic growth. The Household and Per Capita Income 2010 Report shows that the average household size increased, while the income per capita decreased to $12,864.

The report also noted that 27% of the island's population, 16 years and older, do not earn an income reinforcing the recent results of the unemployment report.
