Guam – The Ayuda Foundation will be donating school supplies for children in the outer islands of Yap. Foundation executive director Carlotta Leon Guerrero has contacted all public schools on Guam asking students to donate their excess school supplies and other items that would normally be discarded. The items will be boxed and delivered to the Pacific Missionary Aviation hospital ship sea haven in Pohnpei.

The sea haven will then travel approximately 2,930 nautical miles through the outer islands of Yap while bringing medical services and needed supplies to: Satawal, Lamotrek, Elato, Ifalik, Euripik, Ngulu, Fais, Faraulep, Puluwat, Oroluk, Wolea, and Ulithi.
