Guam - Harvest Christian academy sophomore Eunhye Kim has won the 2011 Congressional Art Competition. She will be taking her art work to Capitol Hill on June 22, where she will attend a reception. Her art will also be displayed in the US Capitol complex for one year.

The nationwide Congressional art competition was open to all Guam high schools.
