Man enters not guilty plea for alleged theft

Richard Allen Schaff pleaded not guilty to charges of theft of property and theft of property held in trust in the Superior court today.

Guam - Richard Allen Schaff pleaded not guilty to charges of theft of property and theft of property held in trust in the Superior court today. Schaff is accused of allegedly taking more than $5,000 from his employer, Horse and Cow. The owner of the establishment reported Schaff back in February, as he was caught in the act on surveillance footage.

Police also reported Schaff missing a couple of months ago. Court documents state Schaff admitted he stole the money and left for Las Vegas. Schaff later returned to Guam after spending the cash.

He now has a criminal trial setting before Judge Arthur Barcinas on June 1st at 9:30pm.
