Guam - The clock is ticking for Guam Fire and Guam Police Departments to spend the combined $400,000 provided to each agency from the Department of Public Works' Public Safety Highway Bond. The money was provided to the two agencies to repair their respective vehicle fleets, but public safety chairman Senator Adolpho Palacios says there's been a bottleneck at the General Services Agency preventing procurement of parts and supplies.

Lieutenant Governor Ray Tenorio, who oversees all public safety agencies, and says he won't let that money go down the drain. The money must be used by April 13.
