Guam - Continued monitoring indicates the island's air and water is safe, that's the word out of Guam Homeland Security and Civil Defense. Since sensors were installed last month to monitor radiation the levels the results continue to fall within normal levels.

As for radiation spilling into the Pacific Ocean in Japan, officials say not to worry that is a localized incident and any release will be diluted before it reaches Guam or water surrounding the island.

Meanwhile incoming mail from Japan continues to undergo screening. Residents should expect mail from the country to be delayed.
