First session for 31st Legislature on Monday

Guam - The Legislative Committee on Rules has released the agenda for the first session of the 31st Guam Legislature. Lawmakers will head into session on Monday at 9am.

Bills on session floor include Bill 9, relative to keeping animals on Guam; Bill 41 relative to bullying, cyberbullying and sexting; Bill 44 dealing on shark finning on island; and Bill 48, which involves expedited procurement procedures for stimulus funds.

Lawmakers will also discuss appointments to various boards.
