Guam - It was smooth sailing for the governor's appointees to serve on the Port Authority of Guam board of directors. Positive testimony filled the Legislature's Public Hearing Room for Dan Tydingco, Ed Ilao and Mike Benito. Lawmakers probed the nominees on an array of issues ranging from the Port's modernization to privatization.

Senator Rory Respicio, "I want to ask you do you support the sale of the Port Authority of Guam," to which all three nominees replied, "no".
