By KUAM NewsGuam - A public hearing will be held this Wednesday on Vice Speaker B.J. Cruz's Bill 3. The legislation that would create a temporary commission to propose measures to reduce the public sector's annual budget deficits.
Bill 3 would create an eight-member panel appointed by the governor. The hearing is scheduled for 10 in the morning.
Meanwhile, the confirmation hearing for Gener Deliquina to serve as the director of the Department of Administration will also be held at that time.
