Guam - The four accused in murdering 28-year-old Air Force Staff Sergeant Nathan Paet pleaded not guilty today in the Clark County District Court in Nevada. Paet's wife, Michelle along with Michael Rodriguez, Corry Hawkins and Jessica Austin are accused of plotting to kill the Yona man who was living in Las Vegas.

According to the Las Vegas Sun, prosecutors told the judge that the district attorney's death penalty review committee will meet later this week to decide whether to seek the death penalty against the defendants. According to the police report Michelle Paet confessed to the murder, admitted to having an affair with Rodriguez and allegedly planned to split the money from Nathan's life insurance policies with the other suspects.

All four suspects remain held in the Clark County Detention Center without bail.
