Guam - Department of Corrections Acting Director Lieutenant Antone Aguon says he'll submit a report to the governor tomorrow on an inmate produced video featuring a barbeque on the prison grounds. Deadline the Guam Police Department has been conducting the investigation with the assistance of DepCor officials as well as interviews with inmates and staff.

Lt. Aguon says there's no way to determine where the video originated since the inmates had laptops with DVD burners and USB devices. All 14 of the inmates featured in the video were moved to the administrative segregation in Post 6 and Aguon says the next course of action will be determined after he reads the final report.

Meanwhile, Warden Frank Crisostomo and Captain Joseph Lujan, who were seen in the video enjoying the BBQ with inmates, have asked for additional time off, signing annual leave as their administrative leave expired today.
