Guam - The Guam Election Commission will open the bids for new office space at 11 o'clock today as they look to move out of the GCIC Building offices before the end of the year. Meanwhile, the GEC's board of directors will meet again tomorrow to continue discussing the dozens of complaints that ranged from accusations of misinformation by precinct officials to voters attempting to vote twice.

The board wasn't able to discuss the lawsuit filed by former governor Carl Gutierrez and Frank Aguon, Jr. before recessing Friday evening. The board will convene on Tuesday at 4pm.
