Water infrastructure bonds signed

The Guam Waterworks Authority, the Consolidated Commission on Utilities and the Guam Economic Development Authority signed $118 million in water and wastewater system revenue bonds this morning.

Guam - The Guam Waterworks Authority, the Consolidated Commission on Utilities and the Guam Economic Development Authority signed $118 million in water and wastewater system revenue bonds this morning.  The agency intends to use the money to make water and wastewater repairs, specifically those that are still outstanding from the stipulated order.
