Plaintiffs for land case due in court

Guam - Maria Gange, Jesus Cruz Charfauors, Ana Chargualaf, Jesus Aguigui and others similar situated who filed a class action lawsuit against the Guam Ancestral Lands Commission will appear in court today for a scheduling conference.  The plaintiffs were successful in obtaining a temporary restraining order to prevent the Commission from fulfilling the mandates in Public Law 20-158, as they contend it is unconstitutional, inorganic and illegal. 

The landowners are upset that the law deeds over former Federal Aviation Administration and Marbo properties only to Tiyan landowners.
