Guam - Guam will receive $4.6 million more to support community development and produce more affordable housing.  U.S. Housing and Ubran Development Secretary Shaun Donovan announced that the money will provide the building blocks to promote neighborhood development, produce affordable housing and help low-income families find a place in their communities. 

$3 million will be made available in the community development block grant, $1.4 million in home investment partnerships, and another $129,000 in emergency shelter grants.
