Scheduling conference set for Watts v. PAG
Guam - A scheduling conference and status hearing will be held this Wednesday in Watts Constructors' civil suit against the Port Authority of Guam. Watts is disputing more than a million dollars in charges imposed by the agency after they sent cargo through the Guam Shipyard.
The Port has moved to have the case thrown out, alleging watts failed to exhaust available administrative remedies such as arbitration. Watts, however, argues the suit is valid.
