Guam - A 22-year-old former Guam Community College worker was arrested by the Guam Police Department's Government Corruption Task Force. Margaret Bejado was charged with records tampering, official misconduct and theft of property.
According to GPD Spokesperson Officer AJ Balajadia, Bejado allegedly altered her time sheets after her supervisor signed them by changing her actual work hours. Police believe she benefited in about $3,000 in extra pay each pay period.
Bejado was employed by GCC but was detailed to work at the Department of Public Health.
