Guam - Public Health Director J. Peter Roberto must go through the legislative confirmation process all over again.  That's the opinion from the Attorney General's Office that issued an information and guidance memorandum to Healthcare Committee chair Senator Frank Aguon, Jr.

Roberto resigned earlier this year for a day to cash-out his annual leave. Because of the break in service, Governor Felix Camacho says they intend to move forward in accordance with the law.  Roberto has been tapped as the acting director of the department as he awaits a second legislative confirmation.
