Guam - Robert Seaman plead not guilty and waived his rights to a speedy trial today. He along with five other people was caught redhanded by police trying to steal thousands of dollars worth of steel and aluminum from the Cruz Equipment Yard. Seaman was charged with theft of property, conspiracy to commit theft, and criminal trespass.

His criminal trial setting is set for August 17 at 2pm before Judge Vern Perez.
