Guam - Senator Telo Taitague introduced legislation relative to the requirements government agencies must follow by posting their budgets on their web sites. Bill 445 states that posting the budget provides transparency for residents attending or watching the hearings on television and are unable to follow the discussion on the budget details.

The measure would require Government of Guam agencies to post the budget as a Portable Document Format (PDF) on its web site five days following the submission to the Guam Legislature.
