Supreme Court hears motor pool case
Guam - A case involving the Guam Police Department will be heard before the Supreme Court of Guam this week. Anthony Lujan and Big Ben Towing Company filed suit against GPD, alleging they are owed close to a half-million dollars for work and services rendered between 2004 and 2006.
Former police chief Paul Suba denied being the individual who authorized the transfer of hundreds of vehicles from GPD's motor pool to the company's Anigua lot. Oral arguments are scheduled for Thursday in the Supreme Court of Guam at 10 in the morning.
