Guam - Former Pacific Construction Consulting principal and Ironbridge Capital Partners contract employee Jason Andrew Ralston has been charged with theft of property as a 2nd degree felony.  Ralston is accused of stealing $23,000 that was intended for the Ironwood Community Housing Company.

The magistrate's complaint indicates Ralston wrote the check out to himself. According to the Marianas Business Journal, Ironwood first learned about the transaction last August. Ironbridge founder and managing principal Richard Inman, Jr. told the journal that Ralston's contract wasn't renewed and the company must now deal with Ralston's transgressions.

Ironwood issued a statement alleging that Ralston created to have Ironwood pay a landscaping contractor twice for the same job.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 28.
