Guam - The Guam Legislature's Central Office's employees' salaries are being restored, after having been cut by 10% a few years ago due to projected shortfalls at the time. According to chairman on the Legislative Committee on Rules, Senator Rory Respicio (D), the salary restoration will cost a little over $43,000.
The Legislature is applying savings from austerity measures, such as reduced power bills, to fund the restoration.
