Guam - The Department of Administration made $2 million worth of payments to Medically Indigent Program vendors that have been waiting more than six months to be paid. DOA officials confirm that payments were made for invoices dating back to October and November of 2009.  The $2 million in payments cuts the government's current MIP debt down to $3.8 million.

Payments that were made included a partial payment to National Cornerstone Health Services, Inc., the only company that provides services to hemophiliacs on the island.
