Former cop Troy Morrison awaits court hearing

Guam - Former police officer Troy Morrison is scheduled to appear in court today after spending the week behind bars for an evidentiary hearing.  He is accused of violating his pre-trial release conditions. 

Morrison was terminated from the Guam Police Department after he was arrested for assault, terrorizing and family violence.  The former officer self-surrendered to marshals a week ago.  

Morrison is accused of failing to report regularly to probation, declining to take a mandatory drug test and violating a stay away order.
