Guam - Repairs continue at Southern High School after the Santa Rita campus was almost shut down by Education Suruhanu Dominic Terlaje and the Department of Public Health last Friday. According to school principal James Petitte, they've been working with Advance Management, Inc. to ensure thorough cleanups are done in the classrooms and restrooms.
Maintenance workers have been detailed to the campus to address issues with air conditioning and to replace light bulbs. Petitte says he's still waiting on word from downtown to see how the pest issue can be addressed.
Last week, Southern High received a 'C' rating.
