Guam - The CNMI Department of Public Safety's Joint Drug Enforcement Task Force seized a total of 236.5 gross grams of the drug Ice earlier this week in Saipan. Authorities received intelligence that a Chinese man known as Jin Xin "Honda" Xiao was selling methamphetamine at his residence in the Papago area.

Police say a total of $1,229.17 in U.S. Dollars was found in Xiao's possession, along with a digital scale with white powdery and a gel-like substance on it, and large amounts of the drug inside a thin can. The street value of the methamphetamine seized was about $118,250.

Xiao was placed behind bars on charges of illegal possession of a controlled substance and drug trafficking.
