Guam - The Department of Public Works submitted another update on its mitigation efforts at the Ylig Bridge to the U.S. District Court of Guam.  According to the latest update, officials are waiting on a few more signatures to the safe harbor agreement that was developed between DPW, the Department of Agriculture and a private property owner.

The endangered tree snails will be relocated from the current project site to public lands or private property nearby only when environmental conditions permit.
