Guam - If you were looking forward to taking advantage of the in-house voting for the March 20 special election, you have only until 8 this evening to do so.  Guam Election Commission Executive Director John Blas says residents wanting to register can visit their mayor's office between 4-8pm and must bring identification such as a U.S. Passport, birth certificate or photo ID.

Meanwhile, Blas says the packets for interested candidates in the Decision 2010 Primary Election are available at their Hagatna office.  "The Washington delegate race, the governor/lieutenant governor race, the senatorial race, the Guam Attorney General race, as well as the Agat vice-mayor race," he explained of the various races.
