USEPA: Draft EIS "environmentally unsatisfactory"

Guam - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency commented on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement, rating it environmentally unsatisfactory and containing inadequate information because of a lack of a specific plan to address wastewater treatment and water supply needs due to inducted population growth and guest workers.
Furthermore, the EPA cited significant concern with the impact to the coral reef ecosystem in Apra Harbor.
