USEPA: Draft EIS "environmentally unsatisfactory"

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency commented on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement, rating it environmentally unsatisfactory and containing inadequate information because of a lack of a specific plan to address wastewater treatment and water supply needs due to inducted population growth and guest workers.
