James Alger pleads guilty to ice distribution

Guam - Just as he was set to begin trial, James Alger entered a guilty plea, admitting to attempted possession with the intent to distribute more than 5 grams of the drug ice. Alger faces up to 40 years behind bars and a fine up to $2 million.
In 2008 he tried to distribute more than 40 grams of crystal meth. Sentencing is scheduled for May 18.
