Guam - The second shipment of carts for the new trash cart collection program have arrived on island as federal receiver Gershman, Brickner & Bratton notes a positive response from island residents. 7,000 carts have already been distributed and another 9,000 will be distributed beginning in Mangilao tomorrow.
GBB is asking customers who were provided numbers to place them in front of their homes to help delivery crews. If you still haven't registered for the new trash carts, you can visit the solid waste management division at DPW or you can download a registration form online at GuamSolidWasteReceiver.org.
