Applications available for Guam Women's Chamber of Commerce 20245 conference: In Bloom

They’re bold, they’re creative, and they’re ready to bloom. The ElevateHER Pitch Program is back for its second year, and women entrepreneurs across Guam are being called to step up, pitch in, and level up. It’s more than a pitch—it’s a platform for possibility.
Bank of Guam, the Guam Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and KUAM are teaming up once again to launch the program—an islandwide competition designed to empower, fund, and spotlight women-led businesses. Applications opened July 28 and run through August 8. Up to three finalists will be chosen to undergo tailored workshops and one-on-one business coaching, leading up to a live pitch finale at Fanachu Famalåo’an 2025: In Bloom, the Guam Women’s Chamber’s annual leadership summit, happening Friday, September 26 at the Hyatt.
The winner takes home $5,000 in seed funding from Bank of Guam, $5,000 in multi-platform advertising from KUAM, and a one-year membership to the Guam Women’s Chamber. An additional people’s choice award comes with a $2,000 cash prize.
Last year’s winner, Karmen George of Nemin Boutique, turned her victory into major momentum—growing her business, expanding her reach, and uplifting culture through fashion. Now, a new wave of women will take the stage, bringing fresh ideas, bold ambition, and big dreams.
Applications are available at bankofguam.com, and the journey to elevate begins now.
If you or someone you know is a woman entrepreneur ready to shine, this is your moment. ElevateHER is back—and this year, it’s all about blooming louder.
