The Department of Public Health and Social Services would like to inform the public that due to connectivity issues, the transmission of SNAP and Cash Assistance benefits was delayed on the following dates: 

  • Friday, July 4, 2025
  • Monday, July 7, 2025
  • Tuesday, July 8, 2025

     

As a result, benefits were not successfully loaded onto client EBT cards on those days. The Office of Technology is actively working to resolve the issue.

Clients are advised to check their EBT card balance after July 9, 2025, by calling the Customer Support number located on the back of their EBT card, or logging into the mobile app or website at www.ebtedge.com.
