As Guam marks the 81st anniversary of its liberation, we begin by remembering the strength and sacrifice of those who walked the harrowing path to Manenggon.

Join the community this Sunday, July 6, for the annual Manenggon Memorial March at 9 a.m., followed by a ceremony at 10 a.m. Acting Governor Josh Tenorio reminds us that while the scars of war remain, so does the light of resilience passed down through generations.

“Manenggon is a solemn promise—that no darkness can live forever. Hope will always overcome.”
