The Department of Parks and Recreation announced Monday that the issuance of camping permits for the 81st Annual Liberation Day Parade will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 8 a.m. at the Paseo Stadium Building.

The route will be along Marine Corps Drive from KFC to Bank of Hawaii (Daog Northbound) and from GWA Waste Treatment Plant to Last Parking lot beachside (Southbound).

Applicants are requested to enter through the Paseo Center Court main gates. As with last year’s parade, both sides of the street will be permitted.

Note: From Andrews Lock and Key to Adelup (Southbound) and from Adelup Mobile Gas Station to District Court of Guam (Northbound), DPR will not be issuing permits for these areas, private owners & businesses will be responsible for their respective areas.

Reservations will be handled on a first-come first-serve basis. 

The fee is $50.00 per 20x20 space, and $25.00 per 10x10 space. Fees are (non-refundable) payable upon registration. Only one permit will be issued per adult applicant after showing proof of valid picture identification.

Temporary Vendor Permits will be issued to vendors. 

Vendors must provide a copy of their business license, health certificate and a fee of $100.00 for (profit organization), $50.00 for (non-profit). Fees are non-refundable.

A Cleaning deposit fee of $75.00 shall be made by cash or on-Island check payable to the Treasurer of Guam. Please bring exact change, payments will be handled on a separate basis. 

The cleaning deposit fee is refundable provided that all trash is removed and there were no damages to the park area. Your deposit will be refunded to you only upon surrender of the original deposit receipt, proof of identification and a signed permit inspection by DPR personnel.

For safety reasons campers will be allowed to set-up starting at 8 a.m. Sunday morning, July 20, 2025 and must break down tents by 6 p.m. Monday evening, July 21, 2025. 

Campers will be allowed to remain for the fireworks.

Any markers or shelters installed prior to the indicated time will be removed by DPR Park Police Officers and the owner’s permit will be revoked.

West Agana Beach Side, all vehicles must be removed from the camping grounds before 5 a.m. Monday morning this regulation will be strictly enforced by DPR Park Police & GPD.
