An update to the shooting incident that occurred last night in Tamuning that left one man dead.

Attorney General Douglas Moylan has confirmed that a homicide, believed to be domestic in nature, occurred around 10 p.m. Tuesday night in the parking lot of Guam Premier Outlet.

According to DOC confinement records, the shooting suspect, Gregory Romero, is currently being held at the Hagåtña Detention Facility.

AG Moylan was briefed early today by Guam Police Department's Criminal Investigation Section, though his office is still waiting for full reports from GPD.

KUAM should note that despite numerous inquiries to GPD for any updates, as of 11pm, we have not heard anything from GPD.

Moylan adds that authorities are aware of social media videos related to the incident and are urging the individuals who recorded it—or any witnesses—to come forward and contact GPD’s Criminal Investigation Section or the AG’s Office. Your help could be critical in this ongoing investigation.
