Man denies allegations of inappropriately touching teen

Posted: Updated:

He was apparently offering a child her freedom for favors, now a 37-year-old man is accused of inappropriately touching a 13 year old girl known to him. Nick Adam Naputi Chargualaf is charged with second degree criminal sexual conduct.

Court documents state the alleged incidents occurred back in September. The victim told police the suspect would allegedly rub her groin area, and on another occasion touch her lower back and butt. The suspect told police he wanted to "test" the victim. He told authorities he wrote the girl a note stating, "I will end your grounding if you go to bed alone and wait for me to come into the room for further instructions, and don't wear shorts...place given sticker on door if yes." The suspect indicated to investigators that the test "went all wrong." The suspect denied the allegations, but was taken into custody.
